2025 State Championship Meet

 2025 HEAT SHEETS     2025 PSYCH SHEETS

Distance event check-in. Each swimmer who is entered in a distance event (400y IM, 500y freestyle, 1000y freestyle, 1650y freestyle) must report for a positive distance event check-in. After check-in for each distance event is closed, the event will be seeded and heat sheets generated. The deadlines for distance event check-ins are provided below. Swimmers who do not verify their intention to compete before the check-in deadline will be scratched from that event.

Important Times:

  • Friday Afternoon, 4/11: Must be checked in by 1:45pm! Warmup 1:00-1:50pm, competition begins at 2:00pm for the 1650 & 400 IM
  • Friday Evening, 4/11: Must be checked in by 4:00pm! Warmup 4:00-4:50pm, competition begins at 5:00pm for the 1650
  • Saturday 500 FR, 4/12: 500 FR – must be checked in by 7:45am! Warmup 7:30-7:55am, competition begins at 8:00am for the 500
  • Saturday AM, 4/12: Must be checked in (if not already) by 10am! Warmup approximately 10:00-10:25am, competition begins at 10:30am
  • Saturday PM, 4/12: Warmup 1:30-2:25pm, competition begins at 2:30pm
  • Sunday 1000 FR, 4/13: 1000 FR – must be checked in by 7:45am! Warmup 7:30-7:55am, competition begins at 8:00am
  • Sunday AM, 4/13: Warmup approximately 10:00-10:25am, competition begins at 10:30am
  • Sunday PM, 4/14: ***Warmup begins 1 hour after the end of the morning session
    Estimated warmup 1:00-1:25pm, competition begins around 2:30pm

2025 MI-LMSC Annual Meeting

2025 ANNUAL MEETING PAGE  This page displays in detail the tentative agenda and proposed bylaw/policy changes.

The annual meeting of the Michigan Local Masters Swimming Committee (MI‑LMSC) is scheduled on Saturday April 12, 2025 during the 2025 State Championship meet at the Holland Aquatic Center. The annual meeting will take place during the break between the morning and afternoon swimming sessions.
