USMS Kerry O’Brien Coaching Award

Congratulations to the coach of the Grand Traverse Masters program, Kathy Coffin-Sheard. Kathy received the Kerry O’Brien Coaching Award; an award that was initiated by USMS in 2008 to recognize USMS registered coaches who are building our membership in communities throughout our country. Her congratulatory letter from Coach O’Brien included the following: “I believe this is one of our greatest callings as Masters Coaches – to value every member equally by investing the same amount of effort and focus into their goals for being there. It is very evident by the praise of your members that this is what is felt throughout your program.”
