38th Annual “Super” Swim Meet Presented by the FAST Swim & Triathlon Club

Date: Sunday, February 8, 2026 – Short Course Yards (SCY), USMS Sanction #196-S004

Location: Brighton High School, 7878 Brighton Rd, Brighton MI  48116

Meet Director: Jim Nitkiewicz:  fastswimmeet@yahoo.com

Facility: 12 Lane pool SCY with 8 lanes for competition and 3 for continuous warm up with Colorado Timing System and full color display board.  There is plenty of parking and seating for spectators.  Locker rooms are available.  Brighton High School is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please bring a lock. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1. The primary timing system will be automated with sound device at the start and swimmer touching the pad at the finish with the time recorded on a scoreboard. Times from this competition will be eligible for world record, USMS record, and Top 10 consideration.

Eligibility: Only swimmers who have a current USMS membership will be allowed to compete. If you register for USMS 48 hours prior to our meet please bring a copy of your Membership. If you’re not currently a member, apply now on the web at http://registration.usms.org/reg  Please show your card/registration number when you arrive.

Registration: You may enter up to 5 individual events.  Online entries are $40.  Register Online at:  www.michiganmasters.com.  Online registration closes Friday February 6, 2026 at 9:00 PM.  Deck entries (day of) are $45.  Deck registration closes at 9:00 AM February 8, 2025.

Meet Timeline:
SESSION I:  Check-in and Warm up 7:30-8:00 am.  Session I starts at 8:00 am and will consist only of the first 16 entries received.

SESSION II:  Deck Registration for Session II only will close at 9:00 am.  Warm up 9:00-9:30 am.  Session II starts at 9:30 am.

Refund Policy:  By registering for this swim meet, you have purchased a “ticket”. As with a ticket to any sports or entertainment event, there are no refunds or credits if you are unable to attend.

Hospitality:  A variety of meet snacks, fruit, and beverages will be provided by FAST in the hospitality area.
