MAC – Milford Athletic Club

MAC / Milford Athletic Club is currently celebrating its 20th year as a masters swim club. MAC has won the Michigan Masters State Championship Meet – Large Team division – seven times.

MAC swims at Huron Valley Pools in Milford, Michigan (at Milford High School) and welcomes all adult swimmers. MAC is composed of about 150 active swimmers which include beginner, to former collegiate swimmers all swimming together, but separate. MAC is proud of  their all-inclusive “family-like” atmosphere – all are welcome to join. Each MAC workout is coached by a certified USMS masters coach and runs 1-1/2 hours.  At swim practice, lanes are organized by swimmers ability levels and the coach on deck adjusts the workout for each lane.

During the regular season (September-May), MAC offers swim practice six days a week. During the summer months, one-AM and one-PM pool practice, along with a weekly organized open water lake swim. In addition we offer many club social events throughout the year.
