The Michigan LMSC is pleased to offer this special event with a true Olympic legend and one of the greatest sprint swimmers of all time, who will share his insights and stories with everyone at the McGregor Conference Center on the campus of Wayne State University.

The banquet will immediately follow a Masters Swim Clinic that Nathan will be giving at the Wayne State University pool (Matthaei Natatorium).  To register for the swim clinic – CLICK HERE

Nathan will be speaking after lunch about swimming, his three Olympic experiences and how to bounce back from a major illness or setback and get back to the swimmer you were.

Our banquet host is the McGregor Memorial Conference Center on the campus of Wayne State University. Completed in 1958, the McGregor Memorial Conference Center was the masterpiece of world-renowned architect Minoru Yamasaki. The two-story center is a highly sculptured building with a reception space that overlooks a lobby accented by free-standing columns and partitions highlighted with teakwood. The magnificent atrium design provides abundant natural light and the building earned a First Honor Award from the American Institute of Architects. Overlooking the newly refurbished reflecting pond and sculpture garden, the McGregor Memorial Conference Center is the University’s primary conference facility.
