What is your favorite set? 8 x100’s descend 1-4/5-8, 4 x 200’s – any 50 fast
What is something you need to improve or constantly working on in the pool? I’m always consistently working on getting better at fly kick off the walls especially after turns.
What are your big swim goal(s)? I have a goal to improve on my mid-distance freestyle races by at least 2 seconds each this year.
Favorite swim Olympian? I have to pick the hometown favorite Kylie Masse.
What do you like to do outside the pool? Outside of the pool I like to spend time with my dogs and work on my cars.
