By registering for this swim meet, you have purchased a "ticket". As with a ticket to any sports or entertainment event, there are no refunds or credits if you are unable to attend.

Conduct Statement

Hospitality & parking

Hospitality. Meet snacks will be available during the meet.

Parking. Free parking is available along Academy Street, Acker Lane, and Catherine Street. Additional parking is available in the lot on the east side of the Fitness & Wellness Center (Building 10 on the campus map). The Natatorium is Building 22.

Notes from the meet director

SESSION I: Check in and Warm up 8:00 am-8:40 am. Session I Starts 8:45 am and will consist only of the first 16 entries in the 1000 Free. If not at max and you are coming early, we will allow deck entries till capacity is reached.

SESSION II: Deck Registration for Session II only will close at 10:00 am. Check in and Warm up will begin when 400IM is done and ends at 10:20 am. Session II will start at 10:30. There are two intermission scheduled.

Meet proceeds will support the Kalamazoo Masters Adult-Learn-to-Swim Program

Eligibility: Only current USMS members will be allowed to compete. Sanctioned by Michigan for USMS, Inc Join or renew at usms.org ↗
Max events: 5 individual events per swimmer · 2 relays
Age-up date: 11/1/2026
Age groups: 18–24 through 100–104 in 5-year groups, and higher as needed
Seeding: This meet is pre-seeded: heats are assigned in advance from submitted times. Seeded slow to fast for all events; 1000 Free, 400 IM, and 500 Free seeded fast to slow.
