Favorite Masters meet

My club’s inaugural Zoom Zoom Meet! Our debut home meet earlier this month brought together more than 90 participants, showcasing incredible enthusiasm and team spirit. It was truly special to see members return to competition after two decades — and to welcome new faces experiencing their first meet ever.

Any aerobic free or distance IM set. We recently did 3x through 400, 200, 100 on 1:10 base interval. That was fun!

I’m passionate about my work as a Speech-Language Pathologist, where I have the privilege of helping adults in the hospital regain their ability to swallow, think, and communicate during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Recently, I also reached a personal milestone — I began coaching for the Kalamazoo College Swim & Dive team! (Technically still not outside the pool!) When I’m not working or coaching, I love spending time with family and getting lost in a good book.
