Michigan Lakeshore Aquatics Masters (MLAM)

Located in Holland, Michigan, with the home pool at the Holland Aquatic Center.
Swimming six days a week, some days offering doubles.
Coaches: Mike Daley, Shanna Brack, Jennica McCoy, and Jen Sierra
The team comprises swimmers who compete state and nationally, swim for fitness, love open waters, and participate in Triathlons.
They are excited to host this year’s State Championship Meet on April 11^th, 12^th, and 13^th. They also want to repeat their #1 Team title won two years ago at the Holland Aquatic Center.
Over the Holidays, the team completed 100 X100, 75, 50, or 25 on January 31^st. The next day, they did the Team Polar Plunge in Lake Michigan!
