Location: Brighton High School, 7878 Brighton Rd. Brighton, MI 48116. 12 Lane pool SCY with 8 lanes for competition and 3 for continuous warm up. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1.

8:00 am -Event 1 -1650 yd and will consist of the first 16 entries received.
Session II
9:30 am -Event 2-17
MEET FLIERCONTINUOUS WARM-UP AND WARM-DOWN SPACE: Lanes #10, #11, and #12 will be available for continuous warm-up and warm down during the competition.
TIMING SYSTEM: The primary timing system will be automatic timing. Times from this competition will be eligible for USMS records and Top 10 consideration, but not for world records.

RULES AND ELIGIBILITY: Current USMS rules will govern the meet. All participants must be age 18 or older as of the last day of the meet and be currently registered members of U.S. Masters Swimming. Foreign swimmers must provide proof of current membership in their country’s Master Swimming governing body. The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 107.2.1. The primary timing system will be automated with sound device at the start and swimmer touching the pad at the finish with the time recorded on a scoreboard. Official times from this automated timing system will be submitted for USMS Records and USMS Top Ten times for all courses. For Short/Long Course Meters the time will be submitted to FINA for Masters FINA Top Ten and Masters FINA World Records.
AGE DETERMINATION DATE: The age for this event is determined by the swimmer’s age on February 4, 2024.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Online entries shall remain open until 11:59 pm February 2, 2024
ENTRY LIMITS: Swimmers may swim a maximum of 5 individual events. Only online entries will be accepted for the 1650 and shall be limited to the first 16 registrants.
DAY OF MEET ENTRIES INFO: Day of meet registration will be will be $45. Bring a copy of your 2024 USMS card to the meet. Deck registration closes at 9:00 am, no exceptions.
SEEDING METHOD – Slow to fast by time (w/o regard to age or gender) for all events except for the 1650 yd, 500 yd, and the 1000 yd Freestyle which will be seeded fast to slow.
LOCATION OF HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will be posted on the four walls around the pool deck during the meet.
LOCATION OF RESULTS: Results will be posted on the north wall of the pool deck near the entrance during and immediately after the meet.
CONCESSIONS INFO: A variety of meet snacks, fruit, and beverages will be provided by FAST in the hospitality area.
